MISSION
Our mission is to enhance local agriculture through the application of expertise, experience and innovation. Through coordination and networking activities, we match the economic expectations of our member-producers with market demand. We want to be ambassadors representing the excellence of the produce of our local area, and we want consumers to be increasingly aware of the importance of supporting agricultural associations such as ours.

PRODUCTION

agriculture

We farm using sustainable traditional and innovative methods that respect the land and the environment and produce quality crops.

Yet we also use the latest technologies and modern production processes to protect the integrity of every element of the supply chain, raw materials included. We have innovative methods for helping farmers reach sustainability goals.

As an aggregation of agriculture business and farms, we encourage and offer opportunities for collective growth.

Networking is the way to share stories, experiences and knowledge.

Dedicated to delivering the highest quality products to the consumer and upping the quality of our produce, we are constantly researching and developing new cultivars, and offering clear guidance to our members on how to enhance their production.

We specialize in the production and marketing of well loved fruit and vegetables such as tomatoes, asparagus, fennel and cabbage. The products are packaged according to the high standards demanded by EU regulations and our own customers. Our farming practices are aimed at protecting biodiversity, improving soil fertility and maintaining water quality.

The “fruit” of our work arrives on consumers’ tables every day. Our job is to win them over to its quality. In cultivating produce of exceptional quality, La Palma works with agronomists in furtherance of its commitment to respecting the environment.
